Provide discipline specific engineering services to clients, and technical support and supervision within the discipline and to other disciplines.

2. Rotation leave: 8 weeks on site, 2 weeks off
3. Contract duration: 20 months�

� Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required Job Specific Knowledge:Willingness to travel to construction sites as required.Demonstrable commitment to HSE ManagementExcellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomouslyHigh level of customer focusExcellent leadership and communication skillsUnderstand and apply the Quality Management SystemEnsure the project scope is clear and that changes to scope comply with project change management processesAssist with and if required prepare project documentation such as proposals, estimates, budgets and schedulesConduct or contribute to appropriate studies, analyses and recommend actionsIf required, prepare and/or oversee the production of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reportsParticipate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and follow required checking proceduresAid and advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.For example, write requisitions, conduct technical bid evaluations and write purchase orders.Industry Specific Experience:Minimum of 7-10 years? experience a Field Engineer or similar role.Prior experience in mining industry and/or resources industry is advantageousEducation ? Qualifications, Accreditation, Training (minimum):Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Piping, Instrumentation)HSE Capability:Have the experience and skills to set the standard and drive the rest of the team to excel in HSEIT Skills:Competent in relevant Microsoft Office softwareFamiliarity with project management software tools is an advantage.People Skills:Excellent communication skills.Work as part of a multi-discipline team.Other:Broad understanding of the mining and construction scene in IndonesiaWell-connected in the industrySpecific Accountabilities
